ARTICLE 1 – DEFINITIONS
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Consumer: a natural person who is not acting for purposes related to trade, business or profession.
Entrepreneur: Serene Quran.
Agreement: any agreement concluded between the Entrepreneur and the Consumer.
Digital product: a non-physical product delivered electronically.
Physical product: a tangible product delivered to a physical address.

ARTICLE 3 – APPLICABILITY
These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer and every agreement between the Entrepreneur and the Consumer.
By placing an order, the Consumer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
ARTICLE 4 – THE OFFER
All offers are non-binding.
The Entrepreneur reserves the right to modify or update offers at any time.
Product descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur.
ARTICLE 5 – THE AGREEMENT
An agreement is concluded when the Consumer accepts the offer and completes payment.
The Entrepreneur reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if necessary.
ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY
Digital products:
Digital products are delivered electronically after payment via email or download access.
The Consumer is responsible for providing a correct email address. The Entrepreneur is not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect information.
Physical products:
Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the Consumer within a reasonable timeframe.
ARTICLE 7 – RETURNS & REFUNDS
Digital products:
Digital products are non-refundable and cannot be returned after purchase.
By purchasing a digital product, the Consumer agrees that the right of withdrawal is waived once the product has been delivered.
Physical products:
Consumers may return physical products within 14 days after delivery, unless stated otherwise.
Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
ARTICLE 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All digital products offered by Serene Quran are protected by copyright.
The Consumer is not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell or share the digital product in any form without prior written permission from the Entrepreneur.
The purchased product is for personal use only.
Any unauthorized commercial use will be considered a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
ARTICLE 9 – PRICES
All prices are listed in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
The Entrepreneur reserves the right to change prices at any time.
ARTICLE 10 – LIABILITY
The Entrepreneur is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products.
All products are intended for personal use and guidance purposes only.
ARTICLE 11 – COMPLAINTS
Complaints must be submitted via email within a reasonable time after discovery.
The Entrepreneur will respond within 24 hours.
ARTICLE 12 – APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
